  • Package up to $131,847.41pa. Package includes salary range ($106,025 pa to $117,363 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Location: Emergency Services Academy, Orchard Hills (minimum 3 days in the office)

About the role:      

Coordinate projects to undertake the development, design and maintenance of contemporary curriculum resources. 

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders to design and develop high-quality training and assessment resources that meet organisational and VET compliance requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate, lead and report on design projects, track progress and achieve outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of contemporary training and assessment methodologies, adult learning principles and VET compliance.
  • Team player who can provide guidance to design staff, internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with review, maintenance, and continuous improvement processes for curricular resources. 

Essential Requirements:

  •  Qualifications in learning design, adult education / related field or equivalent relevant experience
