1. The role will require you to communicate with people from a wide cross section of backgrounds and clearly explain complex concepts in various forms of communication. Explain and provide examples when you have had to use your communication skills to achieve this and what was the out come.
2. The role will require you to work independently at times and make decisions based around delegation and authority and be responsible for your own actions. Explain a time and provide examples of when you were required to make decisions about resources and finances and how you justified those decisions.
