• Package up to $115,645 pa. Package includes salary range ($93,295 pa to $102,941 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
• Location: Emergency Services Academy, Orchard Hills (minimum 3 days in the office)

About the role:      

The Learning Developer – Curriculum undertakes the design and development of training and assessment resources, to meet organisational and RTO compliance requirements.

About you:

• You will have demonstrated knowledge of training and assessment resource design and development, with specific reference to Vocational Education and Training (VET) environment
• Have a collaborative approach and experience engaging stakeholders, preferably in the design and development of training and assessment resources
• Ability to prioritise and work according to time and resource constraints of multiple training projects.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualifications in learning design, adult education / related field or equivalent relevant experience
