About the role:
As a Project Technical Support Officer, you will facilitate the cyclical swap-out of end-of-life IT equipment as part of the ABW Laptops, Desktops and Equipment Replacement Project.
You will also provide broad-ranging Tier 1/2 Desktop Support to Fire and Rescue NSW users, troubleshooting and resolving issues of simple to moderate complexity arising from project activities, as well as BAU support.
