About the role:
As a Rehabilitation and Retraining Advisor, you will manage rehabilitation and retraining programs to support injured Fire and Rescue NSW employees with internal and/or external redeployment.
The role involves comprehensive case management, strategic advice, and coordination with stakeholders to facilitate smooth rehabilitation and compliance with relevant legislation and NSW Government guidelines including the NSW Workers Compensation legislation and Crown Employees (Fire and Rescue NSW Firefighting Staff Death and Disability) Award (D&DA).
