About the role:
Lead the development, implementation and management of complex strategic capability programs and initiatives that support the delivery of FRNSW operational and organisational priorities. The role provides leadership, governance, coordination and oversight across multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring benefits are realised, risks are managed and outcomes support the achievement of FRNSW strategic objectives. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable capability improvements, support organisational change and enable informed decision-making through effective program management practices.
