All activities are designed to assess job‑related capabilities and behaviours relevant to a Permanent Firefighter role.
The Assessment Centre is held at Fire and Rescue NSW Headquarters at Greenacre and is conducted in person.
Candidates should be familiar with the firefighter role, FRNSW values, and be prepared to demonstrate their skills through examples and participation in group activities. There are several resources available online providing insights to Public Sector recruitment practices. Familiarise yourself with the format and types of questions asked.
