Open to all employees who are a Non-Station Based Team Member in any position across FRNSW, also Inspectors, Leading Station Officers and Station Officers (with a minimum of 24 months service at the rank of Station Officer as of the closing date for applications).
About the role:
The role manages, coordinates, reviews and provides advice on a range of organisational development program, initiatives and change management plans to enable the effective delivery of organisation-wide cultural reform and strategic priorities.
This role is integral in supporting inclusion and diversity, in addition to managing key cultural projects that support our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples. This position is currently overseeing and supporting the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) implementation.
